About this Application
The RX Implementation Manager is a lightweight, login-free tool used by the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health Pharmaceutical Services team to keep RX Solution implementation records accurate across all 11 districts.
How to Use
- Select a district from the dashboard to view all facilities.
- Facilities are grouped by Local Municipality for easy scanning.
- Click Update next to any facility to edit its record.
- Enter your full name first — this is required and will be logged against every change.
- Change fields, then click Save Changes.
- Every change is recorded in the change history (name, date, old → new value).
Status Field Reference
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| RX Installed | RX Solution software is installed on the facility PC. |
| RX Functional | RX is installed and operating correctly. |
| NSC Reporting | The facility successfully submits data to the National Surveillance Centre (dash_report). |
| Network | Facility has reliable network connectivity for RX. |
| Stores Module | The Stores module is in use. |
| Dispensing Module | The Dispensing module is in use. |
| Last Backup | Date of the most recent successful RX backup. |
Data Retention
Every edit is preserved. The Recent Activity page shows the last 100 changes across all districts. Individual facility history is shown at the bottom of the Update page.
