📌 How It Works
This tool allows you to update Demander, DemanderCode_str, or District fields.
- NULL Records Tab: Shows facilities with NULL/empty Demander fields
- Filled Records Tab: Shows facilities with existing values that you can change
- Update Demander: Updates Demander and DemanderCode_str using del_point mapping
- Update District: Updates the district column using the district dropdown list
- Select a facility to view its records
- Choose update type: NULL Only, Filled Only, All Records, or Selected Records
- Select a value from the dropdown and click "Update Records"
